7th Degree Black Belt · 40+ Years On The Mat
Kyoshi Adam McCauley is a 7th-degree black belt with over 40 years of martial arts experience. Since launching Go No Sen Karate in 1993, he's trained law enforcement, crafted self-defense programs for women, and empowered kids to stand up to bullying. A decorated martial artist — recipient of the Action Martial Arts Lifetime Achievement Award and inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

Co-owner of Go No Sen Karate, Lauri partners with Kyoshi Adam to lead the family business they've built together since 1993. Her behind-the-scenes leadership shapes the family-first culture that defines every dojo and every student experience.

DJ brings 25+ years of experience, a degree in Exercise Science, and a Hall of Fame honor — leading with passion, precision, and a deep commitment to helping kids grow strong and confident.
